Complementing our commercial expertise is our ability to handle litigation and injunctions against ticket touts, unofficial hospitality suppliers and in respect of the unauthorised online sale or distribution of tickets.

We provide a range of digital entertainment services, from advising on the licensing of logos and other IP for use in games, assisting with clearance of rights or negotiating agreements for the provision of software for use in mobile gaming. We also assist our clients with practical, cost-effective solutions when disputes arise.
As technology advances and new games formats and devices proliferate, our up-to-date industry knowledge and expertise are invaluable to our clients in ensuring they get the most out of their games deals. Our digital gaming experience takes in everything from Formula 1 motor racing and international cricket on the one hand, to licensing of Hollywood movie properties on the other.

Technology and Data
We provide expert advice on all aspects of technology on the sports business from event software, hardware and e-commerce systems, to homologation and equipment issues. We also specialise in advising on emerging media technologies and their impact on sports rights and marketing.
We draft and assist in the negotiation of a range of technology agreements, including software licences, website design, hosting and maintenance agreements as well as those for the supply of data and data services. We will work within fee structures agreed in advance with our clients to deliver practical but thorough agreements that reflect our clients' particular needs.
We have a particular understanding of the issues and companies prevailing in the timing, data and broadcast graphics space and advise rights holders and companies on the legal issues involved in providing technical services to sport. We also advise on licensing of sporting calendars and databases to the media and betting industries.

Agency and Commercial Rights Broker Agreements
Many of our clients come to us for assistance on agency, representation and brokerage agreements and we have a great deal of experience acting for players, clubs and brands on the one hand and for agents and representatives on the other. We encourage the input of our clients throughout so as to ensure that the agreements we negotiate for them are tailored to their specific needs and concerns. Our industry experience also allows us to give our clients extra commercial value by, for example, making introductions or advising on royalty rates.
